I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance of various restaurants. However, the strong cologne smell was a bit too much. The hotel ensured a clean and comfortable environment for relaxation.

The hotel had nice rooms, but unfortunately, the employees made major mistakes that they claimed to have corrected, which resulted in an uncomfortable bad odor. My kids had to be pulled out of the pool area because other guests were smoking pot. Despite all this, the amenities were in working order at check-in.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were decent and the majority of the staff were nice, although one lady at breakfast seemed a bit snappy, maybe just tired. The king-size bed was a plus, and after switching rooms, everything was okay.

The room was on the same side and in the same building as residents. The second room was satisfactory with a king-size bed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, some were a bit rude and unhelpful, even the Manager. Carrying my walker up and down the stairs multiple times was a challenge throughout my 4-day stay.
